Caregiver Partners
A platform designed to help people plan and coordinate care services for their loved ones—combining a family dashboard, messaging hub, task system, calendar, and products marketplace.
Overview
Being a family member or neighbor can be a stressful and demanding full-time job. The Caregiver Partners platform was designed to help support people with planning and coordinating services for their loved ones. We felt that the best solution was to give the caregivers a place where they could buy services such as food or medical equipment, and find what they needed most in the remuneration section.
Key Features
The communicator section is a resource available to caregivers where they can invite family and friends to keep them informed about their loved one's well being. It features a dashboard with a messaging section for comments and photos, a task system (e.g. help grandma with grocery shopping), and a calendar section to coordinate appointments and rides.
My Role
I worked collaboratively with a UX designer, a lead design innovator, and a product owner to successfully design a solution to caregiver needs. The design adheres closely to the UnitedHealthcare brand guidelines.
